Avinash Teeluck, The High Commissioner of India and other eminent personalities\u00a0were present and addressed the gathering.\u00a0The academic sessions\u00a0were held\u00a0on Saturday 23<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0November 2019 as from 10hr00 at the same venue.
