On the occasion of Eid Milad Un Nabi (SAW), celebrated on the 10th of November 2019 in Mauritius,Naatkhwaan Alhaaj Mohammad Asad Ashrafi, from Moradabad, India was our guest from the 7th to 18th of November 2019. The Urdu Speaking Union, seized the opportunity to heartily thank the Government of India for sponsoring a Naatkhwaan on this auspicious occasion which has been a tradition for more that 35 years now.
On the 12th of Rabi Ul Awwal i.e 10th November 2019, Naatkhwaan Asad Ashrafi performed at Bagh-e-Mohammadi Masjid, Triolet as well as at the Sunni Razvi Society, Port Louis on the same day. On the eve of the Eid Milad Un Nabi (SAW) i.e 11th Rabi Ul Awwal, He was at the Jummah Masjid, Port Louis after the Salaat-ul-Asar as well as before the Salat-ul-Fajr on the 12th Rabi Ul Awwal. Altogether he performed in 13 programmes all over the island during his stay amidst us which was very much appreciated by the public.
